Offshore Development Centre (ODC)

Ignis will set up a dedicated team at our offshore development center (ODC) in India. Depending on customer requirements, our offshore team works on specific projects under the direct supervision of the customer or as an extension to the clients' existing engineering and IT teams' onsite. We offer a well-defined communication process to ensure continuous interaction with the client throughout the project execution. This includes ensuring an optimum overlap of working hours for direct discussions, conferences, knowledge transfer, etc. Ignis is well equipped with multiple communication channels that can be switched automatically in case of any failures. Ignis' infrastructure management team ensures that all network and communication channels meet international standards.

Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) Model

The BOT Model helps clients leverage Ignis' experience in building offshore teams. Ignis will set up the offshore facility for the client and run the operations for a specified period. The client then has the option to buy out the entire operations and run their own offshore development center. The BOT model also gives clients the flexibility of choosing more strategic engagements once they establish a comfort level with the offshore product teams.
